Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only accept returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive an item that has an issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us with:
your order or invoice number
a brief description of the issue
clear images showing the fault or damage
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
items must be unworn and unwashed
items must be in their original condition
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer:
replacements (preferred option)
store credit if a replacement is not available
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
All returns must be received and inspected before a replacement, store credit, or refund is processed.
Return Shipping
If your item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
we will cover the cost of return shipping
for international orders, we will also cover any applicable customs or duties on the return
Sale Items
All sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are non-refundable.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
