We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If something is wrong with your product, follow these easy steps for a full credit. Just return unused tools in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for full credit of product price plus applicable taxes or equal exchange. Tools/machinery and components must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, cracked or cut cords, dents, scratches or damage by fire, mud or other foreign matter. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because of our error.
Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Service Department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Write the RMA number clearly on all packages to be returned. If the number is not on your package it will be not be accepted.
In your package include a short explanation of why you are returning the item and a copy of the invoice so that we can properly credit your account. You will be credited for the return by the same mehtod in which you paid us.
No credit will be issued for returns that have been altered or abused.
No freight collect or COD returns will be accepted. Send all returns prepaid and insured for the current value of the product.
